By signing up to any of our products or services, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”).
Digitalbizguru reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Program, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of our service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
Violation of any of the terms below will result have consequences and could lead to forfeiture of any outstanding products or services during the violation.

Payments
The term of this Agreement will begin upon payment for the course or service and will end when completed or terminated by either party. Either you or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party a written notice of termination.
DELAYS WITH DELIVERY
Any client that doesn’t provide all the elements needed to complete their service within 6 months after payment has been made has automatically forfeited that service and can’t get a refund.
If we are the ones responsible for a 6 months delay in the completion of any service, the client is liable to get a full refund, 50% of the cost of their service in additional fees and apology for time wasted. Time is money and whoever defaults whether it’s the client or us, will have to pay for it.

Our digital marketing agency provides services that are designed to help our clients achieve their business & marketing goals. While we strive to provide the best possible service, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes. We do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from the use of our services because the results we get no matter how great they are, are not typical.
It is the responsibility of our clients to provide accurate and timely information, and to work collaboratively with us to achieve their marketing objectives. Please provide all the needed information for your service at the right time, failure to do this may lead to a major extension of your delivery date as we may be attending to other clients by the time you’re ready.
Service Deliverables
Please send all the deliverables required for this service within 7 days. It will allow us the opportunity to calm down and get your job done as soon as possible.
If it exceeds 7 days, it means we’ll do this job at our own convenience and at our own pace. Most of our work requires working in a calm atmosphere. We avoid working under pressure.
The longer it takes to get everything we need to start this service, the longer our response will be because we may be busy with other projects by the time you’re ready. *If you’re not clear on the deliverables needed for the service you signed up for, please let us know.*
One thing is for sure though, we will always deliver 😁
Refunds
In the case where either of us can’t go ahead with the service, you’ll be getting a partial refund depending on how far we’ve gone is creation or set up of the service. Note that, refunds can’t be issued if the service is at least 70% complete and there are some services that refunds can’t be issued because of their nature.
Please go through what each service contains before making payment. You can also ask us if there’s anything you’re not clear on and we’ll explain. Don’t make assumptions of what could be included in the service. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time
Compliance With Laws
As a condition to working with us, you agree that while you are a client/student you will comply with all laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, orders, licenses, permits, judgments, decisions or other requirements of any governmental authority that has jurisdiction over you, whether those laws, etc. are now in effect or later come into effect during the time you are with us. Without limiting the foregoing obligation, you agree that as a condition of your participation in the Program you will comply with all applicable laws (federal, state or otherwise) that govern marketing email, including without limitation, the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 and all other anti-spam laws.

Independent Investigation
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO ALL ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT WE WILL ALWAYS AIM TO GIVE YOU THE BEST BECAUSE YOUR SATISFACTION IS OUR ONLY BRAGGING RIGHT BUT, DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL, WE MAY EITHER EXCEED OR NOT REACH YOUR EXPECTATIONS. YOU HAVE INDEPENDENTLY EVALUATED THE DESIRABILITY OF WORKING WITH US AND ARE NOT RELYING ON ANY REPRESENTATION, GUARANTEE, OR STATEMENT OTHER THAN AS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT.
